Autumn Door Hanger: Make one with your child!
By Shara Lawrence-Weiss
My daughter and I decided to head outside and go for a walk by the forest:
We gathered up items we found on the ground:
We put our treasures into the container and headed home:
Next, we placed our findings on the table and tied each one with fishing wire:
I then attached a big ribbon and placed the door hanging outside over a nail:
Please note: This is by no means a “Martha Stewart” craft. This is a “mom and child who just want to have fun” craft. You could substitute ribbon or string for the fishing wire or attach all items to a large stick rather than to a nail. Attach the stick to an outside wall and hang for the family/neighbors to enjoy.
Happy Autumn!
